Modification to the way storyboards are dragged and dropped.
Storyboard Tools version 1.7.3 features/changes
Bug fix: The RED CODE that appears on the registration window should be
exactly four digits. Owing to the fact that ST was rebuilt when I moved it all to a
new PC, I accidentally rebuilt it with an older version of the Delphi
component that does the registration window etc. This meant that that an old
bug got re-introduced (see release notes for Storyboard Tools v1.7) whereby
very rarely, some people had a red code that was not exactly four digits long,
causing problems with the serial code not working. This has now been fixed.

Fixed bug in save-project code
Fixed bug in registration window (displaying 3 digits instead of 4)

Storyboard Tools version 1.5 features/changes
When saving, the previous .SBD file is renamed as filename.SBD.BAK, also the old .EDL
file becomes filename.EDL.BAK
More meaningful error messages telling you if you haven't got a default printer
Saves the INI file in the same directory as the Storyboard Tools executable, rather
than the Windows directory. If you've been using an earlier version you may
want to move your existing Strybord.INI file over to the directory in which
Storyboard Tools was installed. This modification was made to (hopefully) overcome
problems running Storyboard Tools under Windows XP. Let me know if it works or not!
Storyboard Tools version 1.4 features/changes
This version allows you to use the Load Bitmaps option to load
.JPG files as well.
Fixed a bug introduced in version 1.3 which produced an error
"JPEG error #52" when you tried to use Load Bitmaps for loading
Storyboard Tools version 1.2 features/changes
Previously, when looking for an MPEG file to associate with an image,
the program would only list filenames with the extension .mpg. Now, it also
recognises the following file extensions: .mpeg, .m1v, .mp2, .mpa and .mpe.
This feature has NOT BEEN TESTED, as I have no example files of any of
To overcome problems when exporting the web-page files of a project to
servers with case-sensitive filenames, the JPEG image filenames are now all
in lower case. It seems that Windows 95 has the peculiar tendency to translate
filenames given in upper-case to lower-case, except for the first letter.
But the filenames given in the HTML file were all in upper-case. This
worked when, say, you viewed the web-page locally under Windows 95, because
Windows 95 is not case-sensitive as regards to filenames. However, upon
porting the files to a UNIX server, the discrepancy meant that you couldn't
view the images. Anyway, this problem SHOULD have been overcome. Let me
know if you have problems.
Storyboard Tools version 1.1 features/changes
The drawing tool is now part of the viewer. Hence there are now only two
executable applications instead of three. Because of this I've had to make
alterations to the way in which some of the other features work. From now on
the viewer will stretch/compress images which are not standard size, to the
nearest standard size available. If you've been using the drawing tool all
along, this will not affect you.
Within the viewer the "magnifying glass" feature has been removed, and
replaced by the drawing tool. So if you now hold down CTRL and click on an
image it brings up the drawing tool instead.
Within the drawing tool you can no longer resize the image at any time.
You select the size and aspect ratio when you click on "Begin new image".
The "Image | Image settings" feature in the viewer allows you to specify
a colour resolution which is then applied to ALL the images in the project.
If you reduce the colour resolution to, say, 4-bit colour, this will
drastically reduce the file-size of the project when you come to save it.
However, BEWARE because using this feature can have unpredictable results
and there is no undo. So you should SAVE THE PROJECT first, before you use
